- Contact us before ordering to find out the cheapest shipping option for you
- We ship via UPS / Fed Ex / USPS but can also ship with expedited options.
- Shipping for most items is based on order weight and destination zip code.
- Small items like o-rings and gaskets can usually ship first class mail to save you money
- We charge a flat $60 per case pack of tanning lamps which is up to 24 lamps
- Lamps broken during shipping will be credited but NOT reshipped.
- Tanning bed acrylics have flat rate shipping amounts based on size and quantity.
- Some items ship factory direct to you and those shipping terms will vary from ours.
- Contact us prior to ordering for expedited shipping options.
- P.O. Boxes require USPS but not all items are shippable via USPS.
- We generally do not ship orders internationally except some items we can ship to Canada.
- Tracking numbers are usually available for your convenience
- Please allow up to 24 hrs for your order to be processed
- Stock items usually ship within 24 to48 hours after the order is processed
- Out of stock items usually ship 7 to 14 days after the order is processed
- You will normally receive your order in 7 to 10 days
- Items damaged in shipping should be reported to carrier first then to us.
